Twitter bans Star of David images as ‘hateful’

Twitter is locking the accounts of users who display the Star of David in their profile image or header, deeming it “hateful imagery.”

The London-based nonprofit Campaign Against Antisemitism said several Twitter users have contacted them recently to report that their accounts had been locked because various images of the Star of David violated the social media platform’s “rules against posting hateful imagery,” the Jerusalem Post reported.

“You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile image or profile header. As a result, we have locked your account,” Twitter wrote to the users.

It is to prevent "Fellow white people" identifications... Often we find Jewish people posing as white, posting how white people have privilege and how "we" are racist, and then perhaps years later they say the truth, they are jewish and proud, not white...

Absolutely not, they just don't want jEWS TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES OPENLY AS JEWS because the narrative of self loathing whites must be maintained. They see that increasingly white Christians are waking themselves up from being roofied and taken advantage for decades.

I'll trust you because I know there's shitty, terrible people in any group. There's evil, insane, violent and despicable jewish people as well.

I still think that it's a huge reach to think this is some tactic to keep white people from figuring out some caucasian-seeming person is jewish.

There is too much antisemitism among the left to think they're somehow run by some jewish conspiracy, there are too many other, better explanations for news like these and there is too little logic in the idea of a conspiracy. I mean, here we are, talking about it because several news organizations are reporting on this issue, bringing lots of attention to it. If they had wanted to keep things downlow, they would have done better just leaving things as they are.

And why did the Jerusalem Post report on it? Is the jewish conspiracy so badly run that they can't even keep one of their own, local newspapers quiet about it?

I suppose the way to test the 'enforcement' of said conspiracy is to see what is said about it: is it closer to 'lol look at how successful we have been introducing these rape gangs to europe' or is it closer to 'why don't these leftists see us as their bestest intersectional friend ever? Our victim status should be higher!' If it's the first rather than the second, then that should be a clear signal that it's more zeh jewz than just meh Leftism.

We're talking about Twitter's corporate decision to do it after many content makers made great videos and posts of this phenomenon "Fellow white people"...Why the hell would a corporation express their "antisemitism" via banning of the Star of David...It doesn't make sense....even Nazis never banned it, quite the contrary, they made the jews wear it.

That sounds like it could be a case of you focusing so much on a specific, niche issue (the "fellow white people" idea) that you think it must be the cause for Twitter's decision. To be fair, so could my explanation. Then again, antisemitism on the left has been a far more widely publicised, talked about and seen concept than the "fellow white people" idea. Op-eds have been written about it, jewish far-left people have written a book denouncing the idea, it can easily and often be seen on social media particularly among far-left-associated muslims and pro-palestine feminists.

Honestly, even if this was true, that's going to become utterly impossible. The people you consider the "marxist jews in power" are financially well off, far-left and university-educated and therefore have very low numbers of children. I've also heard US has eliminated all the middle east enemies of Israel, one by one, because a single Muslim caveman has orchestrated three (textbook) building demolitions, two from pouring some jet fuel on and one because the sprinklers gave up or sumthing on a few floors..
