There are plenty of intelligent liberals and leftists with well-considered ideas. And plenty of echo-chambered people who haven't really had their ideas challenged, who repeat talking points of particular political narratives, who aren't liberals.

That's why SaidIt is great! It's supposed to help us all talk to each other and share information that's been kept in echo chambers lately.

Yup. I frequent both reddit and voat and arguing with liberals or conservatives who only stay within their echo chambers is like arguing with a broken CD. They don't actually address your points and repeat the same cliche things they hear without fully understanding it.

It's actually sad, they've depended on people in talk shows to think for them that they have lost their ability to process information properly.
