It's simple Otherizing. It's easy if you understand it.

The right's outgroup is people who aren't westerners, and its ingroup is westerners. The left's ingroups are the right's outgroups, and the left's outgroup is the right.

Once you get this, it makes sense. Tolerance and understanding to the ingroup, while the outgroup can do no right. No cognitive dissonance. It's a double standard that they're completely comfortable with.

Both the left and the right are in the West, and by your logic, that means the right considers the left part of it's ingroup because they are also Westerners. And the left must be self loathing (which I might actually find funny regarding the Corporate SJW Dem Left™) because they are also Westerners.

Meanwhile the real authentic oldskool left is trying to fight the ruling class establishment for everyone to get social systems that care for everyone - like decent healthcare, education, affordable medicine, etc. Unfortunately the ruling class had their deep state infiltrate all the corporations, media, education, and political systems to overthrow them and install the insane tribalist Corporate SJW Dem Left™ pretending to be the legit left and fooling millions on both sides.

Playing their tribalist games makes you as much a fool as them. And they are not the only ones with double standards.

Hey, I didn't want to play these games. I'm on Team USA. But unfortunately when you're in a war the first step to fighting back is realizing you're in a war. We were getting our asses kicked until we started resisting.
