Not all of these are accurate, at least in my experience. I know one person who was hit rather hard by illness, still recovering 6 months afterwards. His stamina was entirely gone. I hear similar stories from people around me, about people who have lost all their muscle power, including people in their thirties. Also, the official statistics in the Netherlands have a higher death count than in other years, so the question becomes what that can be attributed to but the third point doesn't call under "staged pandemic". And the people I know are very fearful and feel divided about the regulations, but don't see them as fundamentally flawed.

I don't know anyone who has died from it.

However I know a couple of people, 32 and 71, who are still experiencing long term effects almost a year later. Neurological and physical.
