No I remember quite clearly it was like the week after the accusations started really surfacing in the mainstream. The video was in reaction to that.

He's just being the character Frank.

And they killed his character because he allegedly groped some drunk teenage boys.

There have been apparently around 30(?) men that have accused him of dick games.

About one of these "deceased accusers": Lisa Culkin was a fucking psycho. Good riddance. The kid is still alive but there's this:

The charges are dropped after the accuser refuses to testify about a missing phone. The actor's lawyers accuse the man of deleting crucial text messages and say the phone could be used to prove their client's innocence.

So this is all really really way off base.
