It's not offensive.

It's just ridiculous such petty things are done on purpose by supposedly serious people.

This capitalisation really doesn't work when you read this stuff outside of tweets either.

I literally just read a book describing white supremacists and one sentence was "every Christmas they had the Blacks round for dinner."

I was like WTF until I realised it was about a racist family with the surname Black.
