Baton Rouge is not St. George's responsibility and bigger is not better.

Baton Rouge is a metro area and everyone who lives in that area is responsible for Baton Rouge. Arbitrary lines on a map don't change that, and anything that detracts from the metro as a whole is spiteful and counter-productive.
