This is due to ctiticizing Israel.

How to tell who controls you? Just look at who you are not allowed to criticize.

Any bill / legislation concerning this is only bipartisan in the sense that both both political divisions in congress are pushing it at the same time. Those R & D divisions do not represent the American people, they represent the Israel government.

Yeah but the context is their criticizing Israel for fighting back against fascist rapists, which means they support them.
