That is about spraying into clouds.

Why don't any of the presidents acknowledge this? Or do they?

Because "there are more lines in the sky".

If you have eyes and look up, you can see it. Bad weather often follows. People are willingly ignorant of this and many other things that are obvious and happening in the daytime.... COVID is another big one. The top leaders do not acknowledge the real harm, but steer the public to believe a different story.
