At this point, declaring yourself "non-binary queer trans" is declaring to the world you have a very high chance of being a disgusting rapist. Which would be awesome as it'd make it so easy to spot rapists, except that our society apparently is supposed to accomodate them now.

The judge recommended a custodial sentence, which could mean partial jail and partial other non jail sentence, which could mean he serves 30 days in jail and the remainder of his sentence with a gps monitor on his ankle.
