No, you do not own a child.

You have very temporary and conditional custody.

And if you mistreat or damage or harm your child, in any way, not only should you be in prison, but you should be sterilized - immediately.

Seems like the fucking cause. Drug addled single mothers are the most destructive force on the planet. The harm they do to their children is immeasurable.

People have a right to do drugs. They do not have a right to behave negligently. We ought to penalize people for their bad deeds, not for exercising their rights.

But not for giving her kid a gun to shoot his teacher just as he threatened to do multiple times in the days prior to the shooting.
