Sweden here. We are on the brink of a completely cashless society, we are possibly the nation that has advanced towards that state of any in the world (I seem to recall reading about it).

Don't do it.

This is coming from an extreme "LEpHtiZt. This doesn't help either side, this ONLY serves to increase the control of the rich over the rest of us.

Yes. But you literally don't need to use actual cash to function as a human, even if it's still a valid payment method. For a lot of people, cash is a secondary payment method instead of the main one.

Most of the stuff we buy today don't even accept cash. I'm talking about the online stuff ofc, but still true.

It is scary what they could do if they crash the economy... Even more control sounds horrible...
