They did it with her parents' consent. They are saying they were bullied into it because they said yes to the dead daughter/alive son comment. Tough shit - the word 'no' is available to every single thinking person on this planet who even goes to the damn appointment. They chose to. The parents were giving an entitled kid what she wanted so she'd shut up and make their lives easier, and you have to live with the consequences of your choices in this world.
