I didn't know that Kappy had named Colbert but many people know that he had accused Tom Hanks. They are two well-connected people clearly. I was following Kappy around that time and thought he was taking outrageous chances. Sure I'm aware that intel uses such info to control people since it was Jeffrey E's bread & butter and is a classic intel trick. As for Kappy's end, all I know is the official narrative that he jumped or was pushed off an overpass onto a highway (Route 66?). Did you see a video made and uploaded by Tom Hanks, apparently, in which he does not name Kappy but definitely seems to be referring to him and mentions "road kill out on Route 66"?
