What needs to be re-worked is the morality of the nation. A horny 20 year-old shagging a 16 year-old should be legal but extremely rare due to both of them knowing it's destructive of both of them. A 40 year-old pastor shagging 16 year-olds should be run out of town on a rail with his name plastered all over the headlines and ostracized from society for a good long time. A 40 year-old marrying a 16 year-old with the intention of raising a family is kinda odd but could be legit.

All the big problems come down to a lack of good christian morals being instilled in people. I don't think it gets fixed anytime soon
