How so? This move is only partially due to the US using it's financial network as a weapon. The bigger issue is the dollar is tanking. A lot of countries besides those two are desperate for another currency to base world trade on. No one, inside or outside the US, wants the product of their labor to evaporate because a US fed chairman decided to print another trillion dollars. Even a lot of Americans are selling their dollars as a hedge against inflation.
