Your position is becoming increasingly indefensible.

Not in the least. Problems you mention here are associated with bad medical practice, which - in the cases you mention - relates to some ongoing fiduciary problems with the medical profession. For example, I agree that the field of psychiaatry inappropriately over-prescribes antidepressants, and for this there has been several backlashes against this practice since the 1970s.

But fiduciary irresponsiblity in the psychiatric profession is very different from the exact science of virology and the implementation of vaccine programs.

My comments are specifically about medical science, virlogists, and the science of virology, and how there is no known motivation to get that wrong, for three reasons: (1) it's not what scientists want, and (2) if it fails, it's abandoned, and (3) scientists are, by necessity, always watching the global trends and statistics and making adjustments to those.

Of course there will be unethical humans, bad practicioners, and corrupt corporations, but global efforts ot develop, test and use vaccines are part of a check and balance system that keep the process focused on the best available vaccine science. It is very important to disconnect the human foibles from the collaboration of scientific expertise, as the latter naturally reduces instances of the former.

Another part of my answer to your comments I sent to d3rr, here.

I have also professionally sold "marital aids." Shall I be named World Czar of Vibrators? I think I should.

Or if you were a super hero with vibrator powers: Vibrainium

I was also a professional pizza cook. And yet I am not the world's authority on pizza.

The Margherita pizza is my absolute favorite. It's not for everyone and that's okay.

I'd agree that Margherita pizza, if done in the Italian manner, with a thin crust and the appropriate fresh ingredients, is hard to beat...

My references are only to "medical professionals and scientists"

I was a medical professional, the wife still is.

over-prescribes

No, not over prescribing. They forced an entire class of drugs through approval based on shoddy science. Antidepressants do not work.

But fiduciary irresponsiblity in the psychiatric profession is very different from the exact science of virology and the implementation of vaccine programs.

Most of medicine in the US is performed by general physicians.

exact science of virology

Flu shot. Cough cough cough

if it fails, it's abandoned

We're waiting. The writing is on the wall. The vaccine is a big fat failure. It's like the flu shot, the wrong strain too late that might help you recover faster. It's not just science at this point, it's team sport politics.
