Thanks. I had to look up purebloods and Biden. It seems there is an anti-vax movement referring to themselves as purebloods. I've not seen Biden's comemnt on this, but will keep looking. The last time I heard 'pureblood' was in the TV Series, True Blood. I think the concept is also addressed in the Harry Potter series, where we're supposed to value the contributions of a half-blood teenager. The series is not really fair to the purebloods, who are merely trying to protect their own, but are thwarted by the teenagers and their supporters. This is also a major concern of Michael Fassbender's character in the X Men series, where he - as a survivor of the Holocaust - wants to ensure the survival of the "children of the atom, homo superior, the next link in the chain of evolution," the pure blood mutants, and thus would be happy with losses to the human race, or so it seems. But I digress. I am afraid I don't know much about 'purebloods', or Biden's opinion of them, but I would suspect that he uttered a sarcastic word or two about them. He must be thinking: I'm too old for this shit. If the purebloods have had the Polio vaccine, they might already have those famous CIA nanobots in their bloodstream, tracking their every activity. (Sorry to make a joke of this, however. If I were to tell someone at work that I am not taking the vaccine because I am a pureblood, my nickname from then on might be, 'the pureblood'.)
