Xephula has no credibility
They link to justthenews.com, which has no credibility
Both refer to a lawsuit, but I cannot find a link to it.
Can anyone else find the lawsuit?
He would also have nothing against Twitter, which is the host site. He would have to issue a subpoena against the person who posted the image of his shop, via Twitter.
