Idiots. Just about none of us would qualify for US citizenship short of being born here. Canada has similar requirements. You aren't just tossing US citizenship and free wheeling it over to a better country.

Eh, the ones renouncing their citizenship tend to be wealthier and/or possessing more valuable professional skills than your average American citizen. It's also commonly wealthier people changing their citizenship to a different country with a lower tax burden, while still spending much of the year in the USA.
