Looks like rent is increasing 30%-40% to cover these costs put on small businesses by the Govt.

if mr biden is seriously realistic about this situation, everybody knows that it is going to require at least seventy five trillion dollars to fix things so that we can re-open a few mcdonalds with limited dine-in service.
