Hydroxychloroquine is good for it and so is chloroquine, according to early studies.

However chloroquine has more side effects, and there was actually a news story of someone dying from chloroquine overdose today. So I'd stick to the Hydroxychloroquine if possible

They took something like 10 times the maximum dose, it's amazing they didn't just explode.

I posted this a month ago here https://saidit.net/s/Coronavirus/comments/2tz1/coronavirus_chloroquine_yields_positive_data_in/ A Chinese person told me they've read a blog of a young Chinese doctor who treated his father in law with 400 to 750 mg of Chloroquine a day, for 4 to 5 days and cured him basically of Covid-19.
