I'm not sure there is someone who is willing to go to the Jedi temple and do what must be done yet. It seems to me that both DT and Biden are simply pawns such as Dooku or Grievous.
The conditions are certainly becoming right though. The mayor of New Orleans has already started to issue orders that make it possible to ban and confiscate guns.
