This might be one of the most messed up legal cases I've ever seen.

They got caught running a terrorist training camp, training children to do school shootings for Islamic terrorist reasons. In New Mexico, USA.

They found the skeleton of a child buried on the compound. The local police had to go over the head of the FBI to get this reported, because they were being ignored.

New Mexico's judges are apparently notoriously lax, and there is an extremely high repeat offender risk.

Furthermore, these suspects are an extremely high flight risk, or they may do something bad in desperation now that they are free.

I don't know why these people went free, why the FBI ignored this, and why the judge is apparently able to get away with such a ridiculous and dangerous ruling.

There are only two theories that make all this make sense:

  1. This compound is already and FBI asset, and they're using it cultivate terrorism so they have more terrorist incidents to stop, and thus can justify asking for budget increases to congress. This compound might've been caught prematurely by local police.

  2. The judge for some reason is extremely lenient towards these people, for reasons of sympathy towards them for some reason, perhaps not wanting to be seen as an enemy of Islam, or perhaps wanting to avoid being seen as racist. Or maybe it's a corrupted judge, and the FBI told him or coerced them in to ruling a certain way.

This case is extremely concerning. The FBI has a long dark history of cultivating terrorism like this in order to be able to ask for more money from congress. The "problem, reaction, solution" method sometimes results in groups manufacturing problems to solve. In this case, potentially terrorism.

Yeah wow $10k/100k bail with a reported kidnapping and a dead kid sounds pretty damn lenient. Maybe it's not a felony to not report the death of your child?

Yeah and apparently it's some weird kind of bail so he actually had to put zero down and there were no loans involved. So he got out for free.

Oh geeze. And the case got even weirder today, with the Feds cleaning up the compound.
