The SF piers are often covered in sea lions. They are aggressive and they reek.

They reeeeek! This is not an exaggeration. They're a tourist attraction, but most don't stick around for long. Cause the reeking.

I wouldn't want to work down near there, cause the office carries for a surprising distance.

...but I'm also not cool with killing them.
