Also if you read the article it says this about the CDC measuring these stats:

But no one knows the exact toll taken by medical errors. In significant part, that's because the coding system used by CDC to record death certificate data doesn't capture things like communication breakdowns, diagnostic errors and poor judgment that cost lives, the study says.

So there is no CDC list for this because the CDC deliberately doesn't pay attention to these things. Which in itself is concerning.

    No I just literally told you that the CDC does not measure or record medical error as a category of investigation.

    Similar to how the FBI doesn't record killings in the US by police, even though it obviously should. It's protecting the industry it represents, just like the CDC
