Have a nice cup of green tea. Perhaps a genmaicha. It can really help calm the nerves. Also reputed to be good for female hysteria.

Over the years, treatment for this condition ranged from pelvic massage, forcing the woman to orgasm to release excess fluid, leeches on the abdomen to reduce blood in the womb, and marriage.

Side note, it is crazy how when you are an adult just can say and really believe you are doing something for your dependants' sake and really believe it in the moment but when you stop and think about it that thing is nothing to do with them.

Must be some group dynamics evolutionary trait.

I used to believe my parents were actually insane when said they were doing everything for my sake but now I catch myself saying the same thing and really experiencing the feeling I am even though it's not logical at all.

Successfully reproducing and continuing on is itself illogical. Life, when looked at honestly, is a net negative for most. Some if not most people experience nothing but hardship their entire lives. It could even be considered heartless to birth more innocent souls into this world. But the vast majority are zealous to preserve their lives and produce more lives almost entirely because of instinct.
