Hasn't the US basically been in a nonstop "state of emergency" since WW2 because of all the powers it enables? Just one example of many

No, the US has always been a corporation with company policies. It's who controls that corporation that changes the outcome of geopolitics and socio-economics.

But, I guess, if you understand it in this way, indeed, it is always in a state of emergency.

No I mean it quite literally, in a legal sense: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_emergencies_in_the_United_States

Between the enactment of the National Emergencies Act in 1976 through March 13, 2020, 69 emergencies have been declared; 34 have expired and another 35 are currently in effect, each having been renewed annually by the president.

So there are currently 35 ongoing states of emergency in the US that are renewed yearly... all these enable more powers to those in charge

Oh, I see. Considering the US will always be a corporation these emergency acts give them power to do as they please such as withhold public funds for black projects, surveillance, etc.

I wonder if these acts supersede the constitution.
