If foreign aid was stopped, the u.s. would be out of debt within a five? years

    [–]tomatosplat 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yup. Then Amy amount of domestic aid would be negligible and taxes would still have to come down.

I'm okay with the gov't giving free tampons, pads, or menstrual cups. It's insane how much women are charged for the first two. The pink tax is real. If it's for women it's more expensive whether it's clothing, underwear, hygienic needs, and makeup in particular is mind blowng.

When I worked in a pharmacy I had women, commonly, check out with just a few makeup items and spend $130-$170. Like a tube of lipstick, some pen fucking looking things, and I don't know what else but it sure as fuck didn't look like it should cost anything like that.

Have you ever gone bra shopping for a special lady friend (or yourself, I ain't judging)? Tittie holsters are expensive as fuck.

And here's the clincher, you think cause you're a guy that doesn't affect you and ain't your problem, well, unless you're a incel that's either now or going to be one day, that's you paying too.

      some pen looking things

Thank you for this. There's something satisfyingly humorous about the majority of men not knowing what makeup is what.

Yeah, a halfway decent bra that will last longer than a few months in the wash (even taking special precautions) will run at $60+ retail.

Men that share finances with women pay pink tax by proxy, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't be equally pissed.

Women pay more because they will. If they stopped buying deodorant 'for her' at 5$ and just got unscented for 3$, the prices would soon come down. If they would buy generic, prices would come down.

Ever read the back of a multivitamin for men vs women? The difference in mineral content is so slight, your body will never know the difference seeing that you cant possibly absorb vitamins in that concentration anyway. If your married you need to make sure your wife is using common sense. You don't have to pay the pink tax so don't.

      unscented deodorant

You're talking about a $2 difference that is the same between deodorants for either sex.

if they would buy generic, prices would come down

Some items warrant a generic purchase, others should be avoided in generic form. I don't want a rash, so I'll buy products that keep women's skin in mind and have different ingredients than men's products.

Ever read the back of a multivitamin for men vs women?

I've read shit tons of them, obsessively and after checking reviews and discussions. Quality and types of ingredients affect the bioavailability of vitamins, minerals and generally anything that goes in your body. If you're getting Great Value brand multivitamins, you may as well be eating a tableted form of toilet paper.

you don't have to pay the pink tax so dont

Muskrat was talking about women having to pay taxes on menstrual products and bras as well, which are very much not something that men require for the purposes of use. Women don't want to purchase strange off-brand Chinese shit for menstrual products because we're putting it directly on or near tissue that's got mucus membranes. I don't know anyone that wants to die of Toxic Shock Syndrome, be exposed to chemicals that aren't supposed to be there, or have a shard of mysterious metal stuck in their cunt because they went the cheap route for using a necessary item. I also don't know anyone that wants to have to repurchase a bra every few months because the fucking thing gets warped in the wash or falls apart. I'm frugal about bras, and purchase mine on sale, but that's a purchase that I'd like to last for a few years.

I love this. Let's argue deodorant and menstrual taxes. FTW & the stupid commie takeover- what I REALLY want to know is:

How do you feel about menstrual deoderant? I think it should be law, and if I dont get my way I will burn down my neighborhood.

      /s( if necessary)

Edit- toxic shock syndrome is a real thing- and it isn't to be taken lightly, but, buying GreatValue toilet paper is equally dangerous. I've never had a problem. (I'm still here)

Get the fuck off of it. Your fagfriends are waiting for you to rejoin reddit

I don't expect things to be tax free, it would be great if the price wasn't such an impact though. Funny story, vag deodorant strips are a thing. You can stuff the crotch equivalent of a breathe right strip in there and it dissolves to smell like baby powder or whatever. Probably not that healthy, but if it works for people they're gonna use it. For whatever reason, I never thought about toilet paper being a problem. I guess because it doesn't go up in there and have extended contact with bits.

implying I would be part of the low t, pornsick circlejerk that is the entirety of that userbase

      Yeah, no.

The average American family enjoyed $4,000 more per year in the last 3 years.

The lowest unemployment in recorded history.

But that involves some critical thinking.

and it's almost same answer so parties each get around 50% of the vote. Tho I think americans prefer the no without the weird tranny shit, so Trump is about to win albeit by a slim margin.
