Each ethnic group has its strengths: Blacks are good at sports and physical things, Asians are good at manufacturing, Whites are good at inventing / innovation, Jews are good at stealing, spying and subverting. And so on.

Recognizing the relative strengths and weaknesses of each nationality / ethnicity / racial group is key to harmony. With this recognition, single-ethnicity nations can arise, with each its own specialization and huge economic and other advantages, for the betterment of mankind, can be achieved. There is no downside to this.

This study of ethnic specialties is called "classical racism" and has nothing to do with racial prejudice and even less with XYZ supremacy. And I see that you are a fellow student of this discipline, even though you also use derogatory terms, like the racially prejudiced people.
