as a "racist" im willing to have discussions with SJWs, problem is most of the time they strawman, ad hominem, and just run away from discussion altogether.

I agree, and I wouldn't limit it to SJWs. Many people from many tribes do it, in part because they've seen it done and learned that way, and in part because their schools failed them and people just don't know how to discuss things much less debate. We've been socially engineered to be more tribalistic than ever before. The current conflict was not only predictable, it was planned.

We were all victims to this system. Most people just want to rely on soundbites, smug reaction gifs, and rhetoric.

I have a few old high school friends I occasionally talk to who have all turned far left after college. The few instances where they attempted to have a discussion with me showed how deep rooted they are in their ideas, you can sense the fear they have over realizing that maybe they've been lied to but fear the likely outcome of being disowned by their tribe.

I myself am still guilty of feeling tribal when i see outrage media over sensationalizing issues while seeing the less informed become radicalized by it.
