    They also helped the sugar industry too, while blaming everything bad about sugar on fat.

    But it's okay, they now created a new arbitrary rating system that prizes sugar-laced cereal above eggs, beef, and butter.

    FAT-FREE USUALLY MEANS FULL OF SUGAR. IT IS PUT ON CANDY!
