Anyone with a Cervix is at risk. This includes Cis Women with a cervix, including those with neo vaginas for vaginal Agenesis, Trans men, Non Binary people with a cervix, & Trans women

This part of the end really confused me. I thought I understood their perspective initially, even though I rolled my eyes a little bit. Everyone agrees that anyone with a cervix is at risk of cervical cancer.

But the final tweet is weird. Who are cis women with neo vaginas? How are trans women at risk?
