I still don't understand what rights transgender people do not have that anyone else would have. I cannot force anyone else to call me by a certain name. I cannot even force them to not be rude to me. How are these things rights?

To be fair in the US they can be sacked or kicked out of accommodation for being trans. That could be solved with better protection for everyone though. In the rest of the western world they don't have any differences in rights. However most kids on the internet think American politics apply to their countries with completely different laws and culture.
