She's not pretty, for sure. But she's fascinating. She's clearly neurodivergent, extremely strong-willed, kinky as fuck, and has completely weird philosophies about sex and relationships.

And, frankly, I don't think Sam isn't lying. I think Caroline was at least a partner in crime in the fraud, and quite possibly pulling most of the strings.
