I watched this this morning, we could be coming up on a huge crash again.

Yeah I agree. It's going to be 2008 on steroids. Nothing was fixed from the 2008 crash, it's the exact same thing happening again, including the same real estate market failures, but now with bitcoin wrapped up in it too.

Call me greedy but I hope to see another crash, with people paying high rent I would like it if landloards were forced to lower the rent. And of corse I'm needing to upgrade my gaming PC and with a good GPU costing 5 times more I can do nothing.
