The opposite really. Blood sugar and blood pressure have always been on the low side.

I'm just still going through my midlife crisis.

If your blood sugar is on the low side ozempic might make you pass out. I agree with Phooey that stims are a better idea, especially with low bp. Get some Adderall.

Joking aside, my honest opinion: If you have low blood sugar, Ozempic might not be the best idea. I would strongly consider the stims, especially since those tend to raise your blood pressure due to vasoconstricting effects, which for many people would be bad, but not for you. If you are choosing side effects for appetite suppression, given the few particulars I know of your biology (low blood sugar, low bp), I personally would opt for the stimulants if I was already decided on chemically intervening to lose a few pounds
