The mines are run by China who emits record CO2 every year using coal and oil to manufacture and ship lithium/solar products

This is one of the things that makes me honestly laugh when people talk about all the horrible things white people have done in Africa. China is poised to buttfuck the entire continent on a massive scale this century, and hardly anyone notices or cares.
