Why do you want climate change to be a hoax? Because you must want it to be so if you're able to filter out the evidence of it.

Climate change, as we are taught it, is a complete hoax. Not one prediction, in the hundreds made, has come to pass.

That's a dubious claim, what hundreds of predictions are you referring to? I assume you mean something like "New York City will be underwater in 5 years!" or other fearmongering headlines from the MSM used to garner an audience. There's no shortage of sensationalizing climate change, but it's clearly happening and not a hoax.

if nothing dire like being underwater will happen, who cares?

If we don't correct course we'll be in trouble eventually, that is certain, but who knows when or what system will break down first. They have enough trouble telling us what the weather on the weekend will be like. I'd wager it's already too late to avoid some major calamity or other though, like the ocean conveyor suddenly shutting down or something, which will do the job of brining down our carbon footprint by killing most of us.

I guess it's too late then. I am worried about pollution, pesticides, chemicals, etc. But warming is no big deal.
