Mosaic made lots of money poisoning people and damaging the environment through careless handling of dangerous materials, to an extent that all the money in the world could never make up for. Then Obama's DOJ gave them a $2.2B slap on the wrists and allowed them to continue poisoning people and destroying the world, which they promptly did big-time within the next year.
