All of the racisim and questionable claims aside, would the Christo-fascists require that the 10-year-old should have carried the baby to term, marry the illegal immigrant, and move to that illegal immigrant's home country?

Yes, because you cannot kill an innocent child no matter the circumstances. But if you had a society where this was the case then there would be much stronger incentives around parents and protecting their daughters. Hell, even shitlib parents might then actually care about the demographic of people that are in their country too, if they had to keep the child of a nigger rape. You might actually see parents that protect their daughters virginity and don't le their daughters around men unchaperoned, like how it used to be. Also I have absolutely no problem with much much stronger penalties for rape, for instance torture and death penalty for the perp.
