My chronic GERD : "Yeah go ahead! Do it!"

Curing GERD is easy though:

  • N-Acetyl-Cysteine, 500mg to 600mg, 2-3 times a day with selenium 200mcg at the same times;
  • TUDCA, 750mg to 2000mg a day, split evenly in multiple doses
  • Organic apple cider vinegar (the Eden Organic brand seems to procure the best results for GERD) 2 tbsp in water, twice a day

In a week it will be hugely better. In a month it will be completely gone.

Thank me after.

Yup I'm undergoing treatment for 5 months now and it's under control. Right now I'm avoiding fried, spicy and acidic foods. The only silver lining is that I'm eating healthy food and I feel much better these days.

Actually, if you are listening to doctors, you are 99.9999999999999999999% likely to do more damage.

For example, I had stomach ulcers. I cured them using SUPER SPICY FOOD which is the exact thing these shitheads tell people to avoid.

It's so hard to explain this to people.
