To be honest all the stuff about soy, seed oils, fluoride in muh water etc is a cope of sedentary slob niggas who have bitch tits because of their retard lifestyle, and it's pushed on them by grifters selling diet and lifting programs. They cope by pretending their food is poisoned instead of training for combat, strength, movement (climbing, gymnastics, running, parkour etc), and team sports.

Sure there's obviously some truths about certain things being bad for you but these things are like 1% of the problem. If you had an active lifestyle you'd still be strong and relatively healthy even with a shitty modern western diet. When I was a kid I was a fussy eater that just ate fries, burger, pizza etc everyday but I kickboxed/karate, played football, climbed trees, rode mountain bikes and bmx etc for hours everyday and I had abs and shit. According to dietcopers I should have been obese, bed ridden, and perpetually ill due to having no immune system and fucked gut bacteria etc etc.

There's a certain mixture of low agency but high propensity to talk about doing stuff that a lot of people have, these are called bullshitters, almost everyone on the internet is a bullshitter hence why 'post physique' became a thing. Bullshitters are distinct from liars in that most the time they actually believe themselves. Bullshitters are the kind of people to get into diet hysteria, most of the 'gifted child but I was lazy' people are bullshitters for example. This is a very common thing nowadays, especially in our circles too even. Lots of dudes who've never read a book about political organising, revolutions, marketing and propaganda etc nor have they been in an org let alone been a leader love to talk about how they have the secret optics formula that will trick the masses into becoming Nazis. No it's not. It's scientifically proven. Soybean oil is full of phytoestrogens that have calamitous effects on the male body. Plus, soybean oil like all other seed oils are rich in oxidative radicals. They cause oxidative stress in the body and trigger inflammation. This leads to heart disease and cancer.

in 1900, only 1% of males had heart attacks and cancer was almost an unknown disease. Now practically every man has a heart attack by the age of 70 and 40% of people get cancer. In 1900, people cooked with tallow, lard, animal fats, and butter.

Humans have been cooking with these three items for thousands of years and have evolved to digest them. Seed oils were never consumed en masse until the early 20th century. Originally seed oils were used as industrial lubricants and fuel in the 19th century. But the arrival petroleum drove them out of that market. The capitalists that ran that business then started to market Seed oils as edible oil.

They lobbied the American heart association and FDA to normalize seed oils. They took out ads against animal fats, slandering them as poison. The AHA under seed oil-industry money portrayed seed oils as being good for your heart. It was no different than the cigarette industry lobbying academia and regulatory bodies.

It's no different than drug companies running propaganda for anti-depressants and opioids.

In order for a population to maintain healthy body weight, healthy metabolism, and maintain normal hormone levels, it must wean itself off the following poisons: Seed oils, refined sugar, trans-fats, soy extracts, and meat and milk from soy-fed animals.

The diet must be rich in fruits, whole grains, meat, and milk from grass-fed animals, fish, nuts, and berries.

And that means making sacrifices. These things are difficult to mass produce like seed oils and soy-fed animal meat and milk and refined sugars.

If you are going to raise the quality of food, you must lower the quantity. People will be forced to eat less, consume little fast food, and practically zero soft drinks.

And god knows, the modern world could use a reduction in food intake.

weight loss in 80% diet, 20% exercise. It is impossible to lose weight purely through exercise. You have to control your food intake as well. You can hit the gym and lift as much as you like. But if you go home and eat pizzas and burgers filled with mayonnaise and seed oils and then drink coca colas, you'll get no benefit.

You'll gain some muscle and maybe gain some strength and stamina, but you'll remain the same blob you were before. In fact, you might continue to get fatter.

I eat trash food to this day due to circumstances, every day it's pizzas, deep fried food, juices and sodas, etc., and the only issue I had was acid reflux but that's fixed now. No weight issues at all if you're an active individual. Just don't be a fucking pig, have some limits and exercise and you're good to go. I'm not saying you should actively eat trash food, it's just that it's a cope used by unhealthy individuals. The whole point of my post is that it's necessary to eat healthily. That means eating less.

Your logic is that you can eat 3500 calories a day, which can come from things like Happy meals, french fries fried in soybean oil, pepsi and corn syrup ridden ice cream. But all that won't matter if you just do a lot of physical activity.

You can eat the junk food equivalent of 6 happy meals a day but if you work as a logger, a construction worker or do other physical work, you'll be fine.

That's nonsense. If this was true, there would be no fat construction workers or soldiers. Armies would give ice cream, snickers, and Mcdonald's burgers for meals instead of bread, butter, meat, and eggs.

If you run at top speed for 100 meters and you do this five times, you burn a grand total of 100-120 calories. A single happy meal gets you 600 calories.

You'd have to run 25 100-meter sprints at top speed to overcome that. You'll feel drained after 5.

The very point of the classical diet is that its low on calories but rich in nutrients.

Brown bread, cottage cheese, meat of grass-fed animals, eggs, and fish, will make you feel full, give you necessary nutrients but don't pack as many calories.

You can achieve better health and fullness from eating a trad diet than modern trash.

Eat a meal of meat, eggs, cheese, oranges, and brown bread. Not only will you get the necessary energy but you'll also get proteins, dietary fibres, antioxidants, vitamin c, healthy cholesterol, and a host of other necessary nutrients. This meal might stack 500 calories. It will get you essential nutrients and make you full for 8-10 hours.

Eat a happy meal and you get, estrogens, transfats, and refined sugars in your body. It fucks up your hormones and blood sugar levels. You'll get 600 calories but almost no necessary nutrients. And you'll feel hungry again within 3-4 hours.

These videos are needlessly complex, all this tells the average person who is clueless is that 'diet is super complicated and hard to understand and even if I try to diet it won't work because my hormones are fucked anyway', and that's the whole point it's to make people think that they will need professional help, products, to find out the secret tricks etc. Obviously a person who is more autistic can spend hours watching videos, listening to podcasts, reading studies, books etc and get a good understanding. But that's 1% of people, for the other 99% all this does is complicate and obfuscate.

The average person who wants to get healthier really doesn't need to know any of this shit, just get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight in your daily calories, then eat at a deficit or surplus depending on whether you want to gain or lose weight. If you do this and you're exercising 95%+ of the hormonal stuff will already be fixed. Use any tricks like keto, OMAD, IF etc if they appeal to you but they're not magic bullets, the meat and potatoes is the meat and potatoes.

I've helped people in my family lose weight without telling them anything complicated whatsoever. I just tell them to track everything they eat on myfitnesspal, make sure they get X grams of protein daily and keep their calories below Y amount depending on the person. Then go out for 2 or 3 short walks of like 10-15 minutes after meals. also give them other tips like rewarding yourself when you hit certain micro-milestones, cut drinking calories etc, help them finding lower calorie alternatives for foods they like and such. These things are incredibly simple and effective, anyone can do them and you can make them tap into people's psychology in a way that actually benefits them rather than the manipulative One Weird Trick overly-complex esoteric shit about the secret chemical that is the reason everyone is fat and it's in ALL FOOD now so nobody can possibly ever lose weight.

Seedoils are a chronic toxin to the body. There's plenty of data to support this. Go off them for 30 days then try them again and tell me you don't experience a difference in energy levels, weight gain, strength etc. A hundred years ago obesity was almost non existent. Seed oils were also only used for industrial lubricants at the time. Farmers wouldn't even use them as animal feed. Then as industries learned the cost savings from seedoils vs traditional animal fats they switch over and the modern diseases all started. The main reason these things are toxic is the manufacturing process. We've talked about it several times on the sub and I didn't really see any push back from you so I'm surprised you're taking this position now. Being strong and health is a big part of the dissident sphere. Pushing back against globo homo industries that care more about profit and a weak populace is critical to dissident politics. As for your downplaying the dangers of fluoride that's a much more complicated topic. Maybe I will make a separate post on it. I'm short on time right now. The short of it is the both bromine (in breads) and fluoride (in municipal water) collect in the thyroid and cause hormone issues (the biggest issue being a lowering of test in men). This can be countered. I think people dismiss this stuff because they fail to understand how chronic poisoning works. Floride or bromine isn't going to hurt you once or a hundred times. It's going to hurt you when you ingest it for life.

And for the record I'm not a sedentary slob nigger. I coach and make fitness part of my daily life. I think that people who are healthy and consume these things would be healthier if they didn't and they will also experience more problems as they age if they continue to disregard the dangers. Obviously it isn't and I didn't say it was, but minmaxing/optimising these bits of your diet is way down the list from calories, macros, sunlight/vitamin d, and exercise for overall health. Which makes it suspect that they're so focused on these smaller things, clearly this focus is a result of manipulating the way people's minds works. It's One Weird Trick novelty bullshit that makes people feel like they have the secret answer and shit like that.

The obsession with these things and putting them at the forefront blaming all the modern age's ills on them is what is retarded and obviously a result of marketing gimmicks and manipulating people's just-so psychology. If people retained everything exactly the same IE calories/macros/activity level but they ate clean rather than like shit it would improve health obviously, but it would be way less impactful than if their lifestyle, calories etc changed but they were still just eating IIFYM style. If you eat like shit but you retain a healthy bodyfat % and you do regular exercise you'll be in a better spot than someone who is a slob with the perfect diet. Hence the primacy of lifestyle, macros, calories etc over seed oils, phytoestrogens, fluoride and other similar things.

To make an analogy with lifting...

Primary - This is analogous to your total calories and protein macro, as well as doing exercise, getting enough sun (or vitamin d3 generally), IE your lifestyle being orientated correctly.

Strength focused compound lifts mostly at 80%+ of your 1 rep max

Secondary - This is equivalent to the rest of your macros being in check

Volume focused, around 60-75% of 1rm training

Tertiary/isolations - This is your optimisation/refinement area which is analogous to micronutrients, getting 'cleaner' calories etc

Isolation work with machines, cables etc

If a PT was telling you the most important part of getting strong, big, athletic is a bunch of fluff and pump isolation work you'd rightly see he's trying to make you spin your wheels and get caught up in novelty. So why not recognise that when they use the same logic with diet optimisation bullshit being primary, rather than in its correct, tertiary, place?


I'm already very much well aware of all these things being shitty. I've been avoiding seed oils for over 5 years already. Lifting and nutrition stuff has been my autism since 2007 or 2008. Still, they're not primary and we should be emphasising to people to just get more active and stop eating so much rather than focusing on optimisation/refinement that is really more endgame stuff.

The problem with dairy is mostly that the cows are fed poison and swimming in shit, the udders get all infected and you get blood and pus in the milk. This is why industrial dairy farms need pasteurization. The ideal is definitely fresh raw milk from a farmer you know if you can get it, that's what all our ancestors grew up drinking. I read somewhere raw goat milk is better because of some protein or the other but idk if it makes a difference.
