Is sociology really that bad? I have been seeing anti-sociology memes for years, but I am still not sure how much of it is just memes and how much of it is genuine, justified hatred. I would assume that sociology students are taught at least something of value.

    Yes, psychometrics is the only part of psychology that's highly valuable. However, the vast majority of the field is utter garbage. There's a massive replication crisis going on.

    I just googled sociology BA and clicked the top one on google, it's literally just libtardism as a degree with nothing else lol at least with PollyTick's and shit there's something to go along with it but sociology is literally all just 'whitey bad', 'men bad' type shit.

    Yes, from what I can see the content seems to be geared towards training people to think in terms of "it's just a social construct" tactical nihilism kind of stuff. I guess even this type of training can be useful for woke HR staff, journalists and such?
