This is also reflected in Israeli politics as well. United Torah Judaism makes up 5% of the vote share, and if you exclude Arab parties they're the only non-zionist party, and even if you read their publications, Haredi jews tend to be pro-Israel, and the only faction of them that is openly anti-zionist is Satmar, they oppose zionism because it's heresy and rebellion against god, like it's forcing Redemption faster than God prescribed it to be. They even say pursuit of Zionism brought holocaust upon them as divine punishment lol

Exactly. There's also that somewhat eccentric and fringe Torah Judaism group that meet with ahmedinijad and such and who oppose Zionism. I think they're quite admirable in a way but when you think about it they're really just Zionists in waiting who don't think the messiah has yet arrived therefore Zionism for now is jumping the gun. If this messiah they wait for actually came they'd fully support a Jewish state in the middle east.
