What you are asking, essentially, is if it is possible for a principled, Machiavellian political genius to LARP his way into the presidency by pretending to be the exact opposite of what he is. Technically, this is possible, it's just that the possibility is so slim that it's basically non-existent. This is certainly not something that could be pursued as a "strategy". If something like this were to happen, it would be a miracle, rather than the result of effort and strategy.

Since in this hypothetical situation everything is predicated on the candidate's successful LARP, the answer is an obvious no.

Could he make up the declined Latino support with an increase in White support?

It's impossible to answer something like this. I think it's safe to say, however, that since he's going to be LARPing, his supporters and those on the fence will be really confused about who he is and what he is trying to do.
