That was actually a really good counter point you made. You're basically saying, "don't you see dad that white males will have to be hired less and given larger barriers in order to get in the industry? You might think it's cool dad but your own son is affected negatively."

"well son it just means you wouldn't have priority getting an interview, but once you're interviewed I think people are hired purely based off merit."

I would have asked, "If they prioritize the interview process towards women and non whites why would they not prioritize the hiring as well?"

It's so frustrating. Not only are they giving us Brazil but they are still doing well enough financially that they can surround themselves with white people in their neighborhoods, places of business, etc until they die. They won't have to deal with the chaos they've caused.
