TL;DR:

• a lot of criminology research assumes blank slatism, when their is a disparity that is assumed to be due to racism, simply interpretation

• None of Vaush's explanation add up, poverty doesn't cause crime, blacks have empirically lower self-control, intelligence (as measured by IQ) and more criminally oriented personality (as measured by MMPI) which are more probably factors for disparity then racism. Even if poverty did cause crime, their is still a racial difference (i.e rich blacks males commit just as much crime as poor white males) in crime.

• racial differences in crime and defiant behavior start early

• "driving while black" is fake, it's due to suspicious behavior.

• criminal justice is not racist against blacks (which is massive debate in criminology), a lot of research to the contrary

• black consistently lie on self-reports, this is a well established fact, this means under-reporting black criminality.

• vaush is stupid, doesn't understand terms like "meta-analysis" and conflates it with systematic review (this is embarrassing), this is a written document not a livestream, he could have easily fixed it.

• SRS research is ultra shit, not random samples, no control groups, large drops-off in sample (people not choosing to commit to SRS) which all makes a strong selection bias. One of Vaush's citations is a press release, their is literally no study. It's basically all propaganda.

• It does make intuitive sense that your preferences being fulfilled will make you happier (your closer to your ideal life) however the scientific literature can't be extrapolated to all people suffering gender dysphoria (including children). SRS is not a panacea, they still have a extremely suicide rate (this can't be attributed to oppression, it is debunked in the post)

• Not talked about in the post. He ignores the overwhelming scientific evidence that transgender women (MTF) are stronger then biological women. He unequivocally believes they should be in women's sport and that any female athlete is just jealous.
