? The average Asian women is not only facially ugly but lacking in development of secondary sex characteristics. I have no idea why white men go for Asian women except easy sex.

90% are panfaced and generously described as "plain". Korean and Japanese models are a small % of the population and aren't anywhere near as attractive as White models - maybe they are "cuter" but that's not what healthy (white) adult men want in a partner.

They're not lacking. Its just the way they look.

They look that way because they are phenotypically neotenous. The most striking evolutionary departure of East Asians from the rest of the population is their obvious neoteny.
