Richard Spencer supports pan-Europeanism and sees small state European nationalism as futile (which it is), yep, but not a "Eurasian" order. There was a tape of him leaked years ago saying he wanted Europeans to retake Constantinople and expel the Turks.

As for accusations about him being fed, you'll need more solid proof than guilt by association. He's not a working-class average joe. It's no secret that he's rich and from a fairly well-connected background, he went to prep school, went to good universities, wrote for conservative magazines in the past, etc. It's not unlikely when you've been in those circles that you'll meet certain notable people.

If he's a fed, they're not doing a good job. He's not the most popular figure in the movement and apparently, they've forgotten to tell YouTube that he's Kosher for their platform.

Agree with him. Disagree with him. Whatever, but this is one of the things that pisses me off about the movement, people can't grasp nuance and can't handle disagreement, so they just make up shit about them being feds/shills/whatever without evidence.

I disagree with the America First/Nick Fuentes crowd on most things. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't suspicious about how relatively accepted they are by mainstream(ish) conservatives, in fact America First looks exactly what I'd imagine an alt-right deradicalization project to look like (weaning off young men from focusing on racial issues to GOP conservatism like bitching about abortion and 'based black people', even Milo publicly stated this), but I don't spread rumours about Fuentes being a fed or controlled opposition, because there is no evidence.
